SHIPPING & RETURNS
We accept returns. Please email email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. The request for a refund cannot exceed 30 days from the date of receipt.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase and we will issue a full refund back to your original form of payment. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, we are not able to make any exceptions. While we will give you a full refund and or credit for your product, unused, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Gently used items will be offered a credit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Once your item(s) are received, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
3. What items are non- refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Products that have been significantly used.
- Returns on partial sets.
- Returns or exchanges from unauthorized Anousha retailers.
- Original shipping paid.
4. How do I make a return?
Email email@example.com and we will send you a link to make your return! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions from our customer support team.
1. What couriers do you use to ship products?
We ship through USPS.
Orders to Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, PO box, APO/FPO are shipped using USPS.
2. Order processing
Most items ordered and paid for will ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping methods.
We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $40, before tax and after discount.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
No, currently we just ship in the United States only, but soon our oils will be available in other countries!
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the incorrect product and our Customer service team will be happy to make this right!
